01

Program context

Dance studios, martial arts schools, sports teams, educational programs, clubs, wellness organizations, and similar customers may manage participant information that relates to minors.

02

The organization's role

The organization determines the programs it offers, the participant information it needs, the people it authorizes, and the notices or permissions required for its activities.

03

Information connected to a child

Depending on configuration, records may include name, preferred name, birth date, household relationships, contact information, registrations, schedules, attendance, billing references, communication, and program-specific details.

04

Family and guardian access

Front Row and other family experiences can present information according to configured household, participant, membership, and tenant relationships. Access should be assigned only to authorized accounts.

05

Access, correction, or deletion requests

Start with the organization that manages the participant record because it controls the program context and account relationship. You may also contact support@corsaca.com for help routing a request.

06

Protect children's information

Do not include unnecessary child information in support messages, screenshots, public pages, or AI conversations. Organizations should limit access and collect only what their programs require.

07

Questions

Email support@corsaca.com with the product and organization involved. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive records unless a secure, authorized process specifically requests them.
